Christmas Baking and Songs
17th December, 1:30-3:00pm
Join Miss Turnip T for a lovely afternoon of cooking and singing.
This is a hands on session where participants will learn about nutrition, healthy eating, how food grows and how to prepare and cook food from scratch using a variety of fruit and vegetables that is local sourced and seasonal.
Cooking and singing is the great combination to learning and having fun. Each participant will have the opportunity to make a healthy delicious snacks and cakes to take home. The sessions will include demo sessions, practical cooking sessions with step by step instruction and guidance throughout and songs to keep us entertained.
All ingredients is vegetarian and vegan based but any food allergies please contact prior to starting the course.
Participants to bring along a empty lunch box.
