Intro to Fermentation – 22 Feb

After a very successful session last term, we’re rerunning this popular workshop. Join the Croft Carbon College team for an intro to several forms of fermentation. Learn how to make Kombucha, ginger ale and Sauerkraut/Kimchi!
Please bring a container for the Kombucha scoby, a small jar for the ginger starter and a large jar for the Kimchi. We will provide some small jars as well, but to be sure you can take full advantage please bring as much as you can.
Our current website does not process bookings for more than one person (sorry about this we’re trying to get it fixed) so if you wish to book for more than one person please either use 2 separate emails when checking out or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out manually for you.
£15 per person – To receive a concessionary rate please use 15conc upon checkout.
