Learn how to use natural materials to make a traditional cob oven: the kind found in many resilient cultures around the world. Such an oven, made from locally sourced materials, enhances the flavour and social value of good food and strengthens community bonds.

Wear wellies, bring gardening gloves and dress for the weather! Bring your own packed lunch.
The result of the workshop/group build will be a permanent “Community Oven” at the Croft.
£50 per person for full 5 workshops – To receive a concessionary rate please use ovenconc upon checkout.
