Tool Maintenance Introduction
10:00 am – 2:30pm, Saturday, February 23, 2019
This workshop will teach you how to maintain, repair and sharpen common garden and workshop hand tools, including those available for use on the croft.
Come along to learn how to care for and maintain a range of the most common hand tools, to extend their life and have them working at their best. You can either bring one or two of your own hand tools to repair under supervision or we have plenty for you to practice repairing on at our croft.
The aim of this workshop is not to exhaustively cover all the techniques and situations that may be encountered but rather to give participants the confidence to undertake basic tool maintenance yourself at home.
