Food Growing Workshop 4: Summer Tree Pruning (27th June 2020)
Saturday 27th June 2020
Most fruit tree pruning takes place in winter; however, stone fruit trees (cherries and plums) are best pruned in summer. This gives you a chance to learn the basics of tree pruning in what will hopefully be warmer, drier weather!
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and will cover basic pruning principles that can be applied to all fruit trees. You will also have chance to put the principles into practice on the Croft.
